Motionframe lets you upload an image and download a short animation. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your images

You must own the image or have permission to use it, including for commercial listing and model processing. Do not upload other people’s private photos, trademarked logos you do not control, or anything you are not allowed to animate. You are responsible for the listing that uses the file.

What we refuse

We refuse sexual content, nudity, minors, and prompts that ask for those. We may refuse celebrity impersonation and other abuse. A failed safety check does not spend a credit. We keep a log of moderation decisions.

Credits

The free grant is two standard animations and includes a watermark. Paid credits remove the watermark. HD costs five credits when it is offered. Credits are not cash and are not transferable. Credits you buy stay on the account until you use them. A monthly plan, when it is on sale, adds credits each billing period, and unused credits roll over.

Output

You may use the MP4 and GIF you download for your listings and posts. We do not promise that a marketplace will accept a given file. Check their current specs. Model output can be wrong. Preview before you publish.

DMCA

If you believe a file on the service infringes your copyright, email hello@photogifmaker.com with the subject “DMCA”, your contact details, the URL of the file, a description of the work, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or an authorized agent. We will remove or disable access to material that we believe, in good faith, should come down, and we will notify the uploader.

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost profits, rejected listings, or model behavior beyond refunding a credit when a render fails. Some places do not allow that limit. Where they do not, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
