Refunds

Failed renders are refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to write in for a job that ends in an error.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent the credits from that pack. Email hello@photogifmaker.com with the account email and your PayPal receipt. We refund the original PayPal payment.

Credits you have already spent are not refundable, including free-grant renders and HD renders that completed. If a completed file is unusable because of a clear defect in the render, write to us and we will review the job.

The Seller subscription can be canceled any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current period is not prorated. Credits already added stay on the account.

Where local law requires a different window or a cooling-off right, that law wins over this page.
